These terms apply to Stockuity Plus, a digital software subscription provided by Brazen 5 Apps.

Service

Stockuity Plus provides inventory workflow features for Google Sheets, including reorder tracking, low-stock monitoring, and vendor communication tools.

Subscriptions

• Stockuity Plus is offered as a monthly subscription at $12 per month or an annual subscription at $120 per year.
• A 14-day trial may be available before paid billing begins.
• Taxes may apply based on customer location.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel a subscription to stop future recurring charges through the Stripe customer portal. Access to Plus features depends on the current subscription status reported by Stripe.

Refunds

Because Stockuity Plus is a digital software subscription, refund requests are reviewed case by case. For billing questions or refund requests, contact support at stockuitysupport@gmail.com.

User Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of inventory, vendor, and business information they enter into Google Sheets while using Stockuity.

Availability

Brazen 5 Apps works to keep Stockuity Plus available, but the service may depend on Google Sheets, Stripe, Firebase, internet access, and other third-party services.
